As you age, you tend to get into your career’s routine. Unlike when you were young, you are exposed to different kinds of learning that challenges your brain from calculation to memorizing historical facts. Your brain is like a muscle, once your weights exercise stops, you lose your perfectly formed muscle.
The idea is for your brain to keep functioning as it was when you were young, learning new things, solving new puzzles, and creating new ideas. It can be Sudoku, a crossword puzzle or a simple solving back to your first year algebra.
